Location: Russell Speeders Car Wash, 211 S Columbus Ave, Mt Vernon, NY 10553.

Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 40‑hour work week (including evenings and weekends)
- Basic computer skills
- Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus
- Car‑wash experience preferred to understand industry‑specific challenges
- 8th‑grade proficiency or above
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 lb and be on your feet for at least 8 hours
- Mobility to kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- Capability to work in extreme weather (hot and cold)
All applicants must complete the Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment as part of the hiring process; completion is required for the application to move forward.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet sales and quality metrics
- Maintain a keen eye for detail
- Answer questions regarding car wash services and plans
- Process payment transactions
- Maintain a safe and clean work area; stay alert for potential hazards
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay
$16 – $17 per hour plus unlimited commission.
Schedule
Full‑time, 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
