Customer Returns Agent, Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

About the role

Budget has an opening at the Kansas City Airport for a Returns Agent, responsible for checking in cars and inspecting them for damage. This is a customer-facing position requiring experience with customers, the ability to record numbers, and make detailed observations about returned vehicles. You will also need to become knowledgeable about return policies and procedures.

Applicants should be able to stand and walk short distances throughout the day.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (full-time).

Responsibilities

• Check in returned rental vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for damage
• Record detailed observations about vehicle condition
• Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Document and follow return policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record in the last 3 years
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
