Customer Return Representative - PT

Shift premium may apply. Position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

About the Role

Join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations as a key part of the return process. In this outdoor role, you’ll assist customers with vehicle drop-off, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while accurately checking in vehicles for the next rental.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle returns
• Secure keys, record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition
• Check vehicles into the computer system
• Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service
• Stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for prolonged periods
• Enter and exit vehicles and drive a variety of vehicles

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months of retail or customer service experience is a bonus
