Customer Return Representative - PT

About the role

We’re hiring immediately for a role that involves assisting customers with returning their rental vehicles. This includes greeting customers, securing keys, recording details, and ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and secure keys
• Record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition
• Check vehicles into our computer system
• Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Moderate flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• 6 months retail or customer service experience is a plus
