Customer Return Representative - PT

About the role

Join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations as a key part of the return process. In this outdoor role, you’ll assist customers with vehicle drop-off, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while accurately checking in vehicles for the next rental.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with rental vehicle returns
• Secure keys, record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition
• Check vehicles into the computer system accurately and efficiently
• Deliver professional, friendly customer service throughout the process
• Work outdoors to process vehicles and support operational flow

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for prolonged periods
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months of retail or customer service experience is a plus

Pay

$15.00/hour. Shift premium may apply.
