Your Role

You will work directly within our client's retention team, reaching out to inactive customers via phone and SMS to re-engage them with a leading cryptocurrency kiosk platform. You will use consultative selling techniques, handle objections confidently, and leverage incentives and promotions to drive customers back to active status.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Conducting high-volume outbound outreach to hundreds of existing customers daily via phone β€” with targeted SMS follow-ups to maximize re-engagement rates and recovery outcomes.
  • Identifying the right customers to target through data analysis and critical thinking β€” prioritizing outreach based on transaction history, inactivity windows, and revenue potential.
  • Engaging customers in meaningful, consultative conversations centered around the value and benefits of returning to the cryptocurrency kiosk platform β€” meeting them where they are and addressing their specific hesitations.
  • Educating customers on available products, value-added services, and customer benefits β€” clearly explaining how the platform works in a way that resonates with a wide range of audiences, from first-time crypto users to experienced investors.
  • Handling objections, competing offers, and customer concerns with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach that builds trust and drives action.
  • Leveraging a broad range of sales strategies and marketing tools β€” including discount codes, promotions, and incentive programs β€” to create urgency and close re-engagement conversations effectively.
  • Identifying trends and revenue opportunities within the existing customer base to help drive growth in per-customer average revenue over time.
  • Maintaining accurate activity logs and customer interaction records in CRM tools β€” ensuring every outreach, follow-up, and outcome is properly documented.

What You'll Need

  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes through consultative, relationship-based selling β€” you know how to guide a conversation without being pushy.
  • Strong verbal communication and phone presence β€” you are confident, clear, and professional on every call, and you know how to adapt your tone to different audiences.
  • Prominent track record of managing diverse customer relationships and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue or retention goals.
  • Ability to explain complex or unfamiliar topics β€” like cryptocurrency and blockchain β€” in simple, relatable, and compelling terms for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Experience handling objections and competing offers with composure, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented β€” you do not need to be managed; you hold yourself to a high standard and consistently push to exceed your targets.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift and adaptability is key.
  • Able to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote setting without losing momentum or accountability.
