About the role

We are seeking a Customer Renewal Executive on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

As a Customer Renewal Executive (CRE), you are responsible for delivering end-to-end renewal execution through partnership with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Product Business Managers, and the extended account team. You will interface with customers to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue. In this role, you will work to convert existing Preferred Success contracts to new PS SKUs at renewal or earlier (early renewals/restructures) with a proactive strategic migration plan, ensuring alignment with the new customer-centric portfolio go-to-market strategy, including all benefits and terms related to the new Preferred Success SKUs. This proactive migration plan targets a Q1 2026 go-live, managing the transition for the 2026–2030 PS contract horizon.

Customer Renewal Executives demonstrate expertise in renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation, and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams. Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end renewal execution support, including commercial negotiation, product portfolio knowledge, and entitlement metrics.
  • Support transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.
  • Leverage internal networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally.
  • Apply knowledge of Cloud Terms and Conditions in negotiations.
  • Deploy negotiation methods that are mutually beneficial to the organization and the customer.
  • Demonstrate expertise in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.
  • Represent the organization and manage all internal process-related phases of renewals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in commercial and revenue management principles key to the organization’s growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to influence stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills.
  • Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding renewal revenue goals.
  • Ability to work through multiple commercial software systems.
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process-oriented.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a track record of building relationships.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent comparable experience.

Pay

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.

In order to create a safe, productive work environment, our client requires all contractors who plan to be onsite to be fully vaccinated according to CDC guidelines. Prior to coming into offices, contractors will be required to attest that they are fully vaccinated.
