Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Location: Cadoneghe, Padova, Italy – Full‑Time position.

Pay

Annual gross salary (RAL) ranging from €26,800 to €28,800, based on 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify sales opportunities by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and building long‑term relationships.
• Grow existing accounts through follow‑up, cross‑selling, new product promotion, and recurring revenue opportunities.
• Prioritize leads and prospects in line with the commercial strategy.
• Support customers and resellers with tailored solutions and follow‑up activities.
• Assist the external sales force in customer development, loyalty activities, planning, and ongoing projects.
• Analyze competitors and customer feedback to identify opportunities and provide relevant insights.
• Manage customer interactions and records, collect the “Voice of Customer” (VOC), and ensure information and follow‑ups are properly updated and shared with relevant internal departments.
• Standardize Inside Sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement and the generation of new sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers remotely.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, messaging platforms, and digital tools.
• Fluency in English and at least one of French or German.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Highly organized, resilient, and goal‑oriented.
