This is not a traditional call-center support role. Our team works closely with universities, licensing examinations, and educational programs that rely on Acadental products for dental simulation and clinical training. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building long-term customer relationships, and helping educational institutions operate smoothly. Responsibilities Support dental schools, faculty, simulation labs, and institutional customers via phone and emailAssist with product questions, order coordination, quoting, and account supportWork closely with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues accurately and efficientlyMaintain organized customer records and follow-up communicationLearn Acadental simulation and educational product lines to provide knowledgeable supportHelp ensure smooth communication with universities, licensing boards, and professional programs nationwideBuild strong long-term relationships with customers through professionalism and responsiveness Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional, dependable, and customer-focusedComfortable working with SKUs, quotes, orders, and institutional accountsAbility to communicate calmly and professionally with schools and facultyExperience in dental, healthcare, education, inside sales support, or customer service preferred About Acadental Acadental supplies simulation and educational products used by dental schools and licensing examinations throughout North America.
