Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology related field
• 3-5 years in Aerospace Quality or regulated manufacturing, technology related field
• Previous experience in customer-facing role, leading RCCAs with cross-functional teams
• NPI project execution
• Strong background in Aerospace APQP aligned with AS9145
• Familiar with leading DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, capability analysis, and PPAP

Pay

• LEVEL II: Estimated annual base pay: $75,000(minimum) - $97,000(midpoint) - $120,000(maximum)
• LEVEL III: Estimated annual base pay: $89,000(minimum) - $116,000(midpoint) - $142,000(maximum)
