Key Responsibilities
- Develop Quality Assurance Processes: Establishes and maintains quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Analyze Quality Issues: Identifies, investigates, and resolves customer quality problems by applying technical expertise and systematic problem solving techniques.
- Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams: Works closely with engineering, production, and customer service departments to address and mitigate quality related challenges.
- Maintain Quality Documentation: Creates and updates comprehensive quality reports and documentation to track performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide Team Guidance: Offers informal mentorship and support to new team members, enhancing their understanding of quality engineering practices and fostering team development.

Pay
Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Customer Quality Engineer II Estimated annual base pay: $75,000.00 (minimum) - $97,000.00 (midpoint) - $120,000.00 (maximum)
