Key Responsibilities
- Order to Remittance (OTR) responsibilities for technical and commercial project order execution of New Unit and Service equipment orders from channel partners, key accounts, and direct customers.
- Focused primarily on equipment scope of supply according to INNIO Waukesha Product Program.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactive risk identification and management for all aspects of order execution.
- Responsible for revenue, payment collection, inventory, and claim management for all assigned orders under execution in close cooperation with Finance.
- Execution of changes to booked orders using existing change order process.
- Identify inefficiencies and gaps in the existing order process.
- Create new or modify existing processes to address inefficiencies and gaps.
- Implement process changes cross-functionally.
- Support know-how transfer and training programs for Channel Partners to align project execution processes with INNIO Waukesha’s Project Management processes.
- Support continuous development of the Project Management Process and tools based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, contribution margin, customer satisfaction, complete and on-time delivery, finished goods inventory, and collections.
- Focus on customer alignment and simplification initiatives to ensure qualitative and effective order execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical), business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience, preferably with reciprocating engines and in the discipline of customer project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player and strong reliability.
- Demonstrated external focus and inclusiveness.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
