Legacy Restoration is hiring full-time Customer Outreach Coordinators – Pre-Sales Specialists to join our team in Rochester, MN. This field-based role offers stability and growth for dependable individuals comfortable engaging with homeowners.
About the role
In this position, you'll visit designated neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to Legacy Restoration's services and answering basic questions about our offerings. You will schedule appointments for our Closing Sales Representatives and serve as the initial point of contact for potential customers.

Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
- Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
- Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Pay
Competitive starting salary of $46,800 per year plus commission.
Schedule
- Winter: Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm and Saturday 10 am–3 pm
- Summer: Monday–Friday 11 am–7 pm and Saturday 9 am–2 pm
