Customer Operations Specialist
About the role
As a key member of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, you’ll support order fulfillment, inventory management processes, logistics, and other administrative functions to meet the location’s needs. This role is part of WinField United, which supplies agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to member-owners and partners.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of order fulfillment inquiries from customers via calls or emails, including updating delivery ETAs and order statuses.
- Support the manager with forecasting and inbound orders/transfers.
- Assist in monitoring customer inventory agreements, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Support fleet routing, reporting, record management, and processing freight claims.
- Provide general office support, including filing, processing purchase orders, office supply management, and office housekeeping.
- Assist with safety compliance data entry as needed.
- Travel approximately 10% of the time.
- Perform other duties as assigned for the site’s success.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, copying/scanning, and data entry or digital order management systems.
- Preferred: two years of accounting or general office experience.
- Preferred: warehouse experience.

Pay
$25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Day Shift from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with overtime and weekends as needed for business needs.
