Customer Operations Associate I

About the role

The Customer Operations Associate I will manage the end-to-end operational process for Loop's customers. Key responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day audit process, proactively improving the internal application for automation, analyzing freight cost data, supporting customers with disputes and claims, and partnering with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day audit process for clients
• Proactively identify changes to improve the internal application for automation
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to provide feedback on the audit process and suggest improvements
• Analyze freight cost data, identify discrepancies and errors in carrier billing, and work with carriers to address systemic issues
• Support customers through managing disputes, claims, and other exceptions related to billing and payment transactions
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

Desire to learn new skills, previous experience in operations, customer service, or account management in the logistics/transportation industry is nice to have. Must have:
