Responsibilities
- Liaise with commercial teams and drive launch excellence.
- Support the base business with a focus on key retailers.
- Lead brand execution for Drug/Mass account activations and manage interactions with cross-functional teams.
- Lead overall channel and retailer strategies for the brand.
- Have in-depth understanding of account needs and drive solutions and opportunities to drive growth.
- Understand account promotional strategies and align programs to national brand strategy.
- Lead display creative briefs working with Display & Creative teams to develop account-specific programs.
- Manage timing and execution of shopper marketing programs.
- Track and improve innovation and promotional activity of accounts.
- Manage go-to-market calendars, schedules, and 360 marketing campaign plans for major launches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of related trade / marketing experience.
- Undergraduate degree required. MBA a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Consumer Package Goods experience required.
- Must be autonomous, decisive, and a strategic thinker.
- Beauty experience preferred.
