Customer Logistics Manager
About the Role
The Customer Logistics Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management in our Dedicated Transportation Solutions business vertical. This role involves leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within the assigned functional area.

Responsibilities
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
- Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

- State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required; advanced skills preferred
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations; advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components; intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production; advanced required

Pay
Pay Type: Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: $65,000
Maximum Pay Range: $75,000
The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
