Customer Intake Senior Associate (TH-M)

About the role

Empower is seeking an extremely detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized full-time Customer Intake Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of new customer account information and for communicating and working with new customers to update their information if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Verify and ensure the accuracy of customer account information
• Communicate and work with customers via phone, email and messaging to ensure their account information is accurate and complete
• Work in collaboration with Empower customer success team

Requirements

• You are extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a customer service/support role or call center environment (preferably for a financial institution)
• Familiar with Zendesk
• Team-first mentality and a professional attitude
• College degree
• 2+ years of professional experience

Pay

$60,000 - $80,000 base salary (based on experience)

Remote (U.S. only) role requiring 40-45 hours/week, Thursday - Monday.
