Customer Implementation Success Consultant

Job Details Description The Customer Implementation Success Consultant will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful go-live with McLeod Software before moving to long-term support. In this role, you’ll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management. What You’ll Do Serve as customer advocate during software implementation, providing support and issue resolutionPartner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and trainingCollaborate with internal implementation teams to share insights, identify gaps, and keep projects on trackParticipate in customer meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and progress reporting to key stakeholders What You Bring A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others succeedStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearlyAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive, team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skillsAvailable for some travel (15%) Requirements Experienced with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc.Experience working on implementation/integration projectsExperience providing training experience or teaching in a formal or informal environmentExperience with McLeod Software products in a support or training capacity (required)Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred)Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Previous experience with McLeod Software (required) Why McLeod Software?
