Customer Growth Account Executive, Commercial

As an Account Executive on our NewCo ENTR (Entrepreneur) team, you’ll help fast-growing online stores unlock their potential—enabling them to scale faster, connect deeper with their customers, and own more of their revenue destiny.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and demo to negotiation and close—with ecommerce entrepreneurs and operators.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads and develop strategies for sustained success.
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
- Serve as a consultative partner and product expert, positioning Klaviyo as a growth driver for online brands.
- Collaborate across the team to support your peers, share best practices, and build a winning sales culture.
- Mentor and guide new team members, contributing to team ramp and excellence.
- Step into strategic projects or stretch roles that accelerate your learning and impact.
Requirements
- Experienced: 1-2+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in martech or ecommerce-focused solutions.
- Conversationally Fluent: Comfortable selling to founders, CMOs, and ecommerce leaders—especially those in DTC, retail, or digitally native verticals.
- AI Fluent: You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.

Pay
Salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
Schedule
This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
