Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Manager

Role Overview: The Customer Fulfillment & Inventory Manager leads stockroom and fulfillment operations to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery of products. Collaborating with Production, Service, and Supply Chain teams, they use ERP systems to optimize inventory accuracy and product flow. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Fulfillment: Improve inventory accuracy, manage product tracking, and oversee fulfillment to meet customer demands with efficiency and quality.Stockroom Operations: Supervise receiving, order assembly, merchandise handling, and compliance with safety standards, managing returns and reissues.Leadership & Development: Coach and develop team members, foster teamwork, and promote continuous improvement and a high-performance culture.Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify operational enhancements and collaborate on initiatives that boost efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: 3–5 years in inventory control, warehouse, or fulfillment leadership, with ERP experience preferred. Strong leadership, data analysis, and systems skills, along with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for periods. A high school diploma is required; a college degree in business or related fields is preferred.
