Customer Experience Specialist I

About the role

RCB Bank is seeking a customer service representative to assist customers and branches with inquiries and concerns regarding banking products and financial services. The ideal candidate will have strong telephone, reading comprehension, and communication skills, both verbal and written. They should possess strong customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance with Bank-related business products such as Online Banking, IVR, ITM, etc.
• Retrieve and communicate information regarding customer accounts and transactions.
• Assist with inquiries and concerns, making decisions independently and referring to supervisors/management as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED

Qualifications

• Strong telephone, reading comprehension, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid typing skills
• A desire to be involved in the community

Pay

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position is full-time and rotates shifts each week, typically 8-5 and 9-6.
