Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support day-to-day order and customer account activities in Bradenton, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, team-oriented setting and enjoys helping customers by providing timely, accurate information. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to keep orders moving smoothly, address routine issues, and contribute to a positive overall customer experience. Responsibilities: • Manage customer orders from entry through completion, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date. • Examine incoming order details, identify routine issues, and take corrective action to prevent delays. • Respond to customer inquiries related to product details, pricing, stock levels, production timing, and shipping progress. • Create standard quotations and issue order confirmations to customers in a timely manner. • Handle adjustments to existing orders, including revisions, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and drop shipment requests. • Track open and backordered items, communicate expected shipment timelines, and share updates when delays occur. • Work closely with internal partners across sales, production, logistics, and accounting to align delivery needs and resolve order-related questions. • Provide shipment tracking support and assist with basic invoicing questions from customers. • Maintain organized customer and transaction data while escalating more complex service concerns when necessary. • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, inside sales support, or a similar function is preferred. • Familiarity with order entry or order management systems is preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. • Experience in a manufacturing-related environment is a plus. • English language proficiency is required; French language skills are an advantage.
