Customer Experience Specialist
About the role
This full-time, 100% remote position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows for Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald. The role is built around a simple objective: give customers or clients clear, timely support while keeping records and next steps organized.
A Typical Day
- Respond to customer or client questions through approved phone, email, chat, or online systems.
- Document conversations, requests, status changes, and promised follow-up accurately.
- Coordinate with the appropriate internal or external contact when a request needs additional action.
- Keep track of open work by closing the loop on routine issues so customers know what happened and what comes next.

Pay
Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
