Key Responsibilities

  • Process catalog orders and assist customers with product selection and order support

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment
  • Strong computer and data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate product catalogs and identify correct parts or materials
  • Professional communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
