What You'll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain performance goals for quality, productivity, and attendance
- Process customer requests, documentation, and correspondence
- Use product knowledge to support retention and sales opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Average of 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
- Background in sales and/or upselling
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn
