Customer Experience Representative

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries with professionalism
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Maintain performance goals for quality, productivity, and attendance
• Process customer requests, documentation, and correspondence
• Use product knowledge to support retention and sales opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Average of 1-2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
• Background in sales and/or upselling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn
