Responsibilities

- Contribute to the success of the company by fostering strong relationships, streamlining processes, and supporting both domestic and international partners
- Provide exceptional service to customers
- Work independently or collaboratively as needed
- Support process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Familiarity with SAP software and transportation concepts (preferred)
Nice to have
- Experience with international shipping, export protocols, or import/export environments
- Knowledge of incoterms and shipping modes
- Experience serving as a trainer or mentor
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and customer portals
Preferred Education & Experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 4 years in customer service roles, preferably within manufacturing or export sectors
Other Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to support process improvement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
Pay
$25/hour (flexible based on experience)
