About the role
The Customer Service Experience Representative will be responsible for:
- Connecting with customers
- Framing consultations
- Working with a team to ensure a great experience
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Identifying and communicating recurring customer trends
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and guarantee the best outcome
- Maintaining dependable attendance
- Supporting customer initiatives
Requirements
- Supporting a college degree in Education, Business, Communications, or Art
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a related role
- Proficiency with computers (email, web-based systems, CRM tools, standard office equipment)
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in verbal and written formats
- Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A basic understanding of various art mediums
- Able to accurately measure to the 1/16th inch and add fractions
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or Art
