This will be a hybrid role connected to our Mansfield, OH location. Job Grade: 6.

Responsibilities

• First line of contact for customers or sales reps’ inquiries via phone, fax, internet and/or mail
• Partners with associates and/or School Specialty departments and vendors to assure customers’ expectations are exceeded
• Develops customer, vendor, and product knowledge expertise
• Responds to customers inquiries and follows through to completion accurately and within customer timeframe
