Customer Experience Operations Specialist

About the role

This position has no direct supervision responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Answer product, order, and service-related questions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions.
• Manage incoming calls shared among the team.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Process and follow up on sales orders.
• Communicate with customers through various channels.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and sales procedures.
• Work cross-functionally with key departments.
• Use extensive experience and judgment to make critical logistics and customer service-related decisions.
• Provide shipping quotes as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Competent demonstration of the following skills:
  • Entering, confirming, and releasing sales orders in the ERP system.
  • Logging into designated freight programs to provide freight estimates to customers.
  • Answering and transferring calls.
  • Logging in and responding timely to customers on Live Chat.
  • Basic MS Excel.
  • Intermediate knowledge of EDI and MS Power Automate.
• Ability to perform a broader range of duties, handle more technically complex tasks, and provide technical direction to less experienced staff.
• Fully aware of operating procedures and policies associated with the department.
• Must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).

Pay

$22.00 – $25.25 per hour.
