Customer Experience Officer

Role: Customer Service Representative, serving as the primary contact for customers. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.Respond to billing questions, process payments, and manage document issuance such as Auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, and address changes.Assist with claim intake, follow-up, and provide updates to customers and agents.Place outbound calls to ensure claim processing and customer engagement.Support team goals, train colleagues as needed, and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years customer service experience preferred.Knowledge of P&C insurance, excellent communication, and proficiency in office equipment and Microsoft Office.Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Positive, service-oriented attitude, adaptable, and team player.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; flexible hours including weekends. Physical & Work Environment: Requires standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Moderate noise level in an office setting.
