Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web leads and schedule appointments
- Support customers from first contact through installation follow-up
- Cookordinate installation schedules and product orders
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Support marketing efforts including social media and local outreach
- Assist with invoices, deposits, and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks
- Communicate with installers, vendors, and customers to keep projects on track
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management, customer service, or administrative role (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Hightly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Tech-comfortable (Salesforce, QuickBooks, and PNC Portal experience a plus)
- Interest in marketing or social media is a bonus
