About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Customer Experience Program Manager to lead customer-facing demonstration and experience programs across Schneider Electric’s Power Systems and Digital Power portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead the EcoStruxure Power Mobile Lab program, including program planning, scheduling, deployment, utilization, maintenance, readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Customer Experience organization to plan, develop, launch, and maintain new customer experience centers and executive briefing centers in Schneider Electric hubs and factories across the United States.
- Manage the creation, inventory, configuration, documentation, maintenance, storage, shipment, setup, and return logistics of customer-facing demonstration units across the Power Systems and Digital Power portfolios.
- Establish operating standards, quality checks, asset records, maintenance schedules, and readiness processes that ensure demonstration equipment is current, functional, safe, and presentation-ready.
- Collaborate with Offer Management, Customer Experience, sales, marketing, operations, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize investments and align experiences and demonstrations with portfolio strategy and commercial objectives.
- Manage program budgets, vendors, schedules, risks, and performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on asset utilization, readiness, event support, customer feedback, and improvement actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing customer experience, demonstration, sales-enablement, event, product, or other cross-functional programs in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple sites, events, assets, vendors, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience with asset inventory, maintenance planning, warehousing, transportation, or event logistics preferred.
- Experience in electrical distribution, energy management, industrial technology, construction, or a related B2B industry preferred.
- Strong customer orientation and attention to quality, detail, safety, and presentation standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within the United States to support Schneider Electric hubs, factories, events, and customer engagements.
