Customer Experience Manager

Help residents feel at home in our community and assist prospective residents in finding their perfect apartment home at Park Avenue Apartments in Salt Lake City, UT. Your upbeat attitude, clear communication, and problem-solving skills will ensure everyone feels #HomeAtLast.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Experience Specialist performance
• Process applications and leases
• Assist with move-in and move-out needs, including generating documentation and contracts necessary for renting
• Support outreach marketing, social media marketing, and coordinate leasing and resident activities
• Occasionally perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Community Manager

Requirements

• Leasing, sales, and/or customer service experience required
• Minimum of one year of experience in multifamily property management required
• General marketing, social media, and online marketing experience required
• Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written
• Good understanding of basic accounting practices (a plus)
• Entrata Core experience (a plus)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws (preferred)
• Weekend availability is required

Schedule

Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening hours.

Pay

Competitive base pay with a quarterly bonus structure.
