Customer Experience Digital Lead (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and functional guidance to brand teams on the implementation of digital marketing projects, including interactive sales aids, emails, banner ads, websites, portals, and mobile applications.
• Lead the documentation of digital project requirements, working cohesively with internal agency creative and technical teams to ensure precise execution.
• Partner effectively within a highly matrixed corporate environment, aligning with Brand Marketers, external agencies, Business Technology Solutions (BTS), and Medical/Regulatory/Legal (MRL) compliance teams.
• Manage mid-to-lower tier projects (B and C-level initiatives) independently, while assisting Account Managers with top-tier (A-level) campaigns.
• Attend client alignment meetings, acting as a primary point of contact to facilitate rapid information flow to stakeholders, manage timelines, deliver project estimates, and track daily time and billing milestones.
• Maintain strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines, financial policies, promotional material development regulations, and the established internal agency workflow process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within an advertising agency setting.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing platforms, agency workflow processes (initiation, execution, archiving), and creative project lifecycles.
• Prior experience navigating corporate compliance and medical/regulatory/legal review workflows within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume project scope within a fast-paced, high-visibility creative environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with an ability to manage both high-level strategy and granular project details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
