Responsibilities
- Promote an excellent customer experience by providing prompt, courteous service and engaging with customers
- Lead and mentor Associates, ensuring adherence to store procedures and promoting loyalty programs
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and address customer concerns promptly
- Support training, coaching, and development of team members
- Cook up register operations, POS coverage, and breaks for staff
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety standards
- Aid in store shrink reduction and promote safety awareness
- Communicate effectively with management and team to set and prioritize tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to respond to changes and work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
