What You’ll Do
- Cookier and manage in-house appointments for order pickups and drop-offs using appointment management software.
- Track and report appointment data using Beckett’s appointment management tools.
- Process and invoice incoming and picked-up orders within Beckett’s order management system.
- Assist customers by explaining Beckett’s order processes and procedures when needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as organizing and packaging orders for upcoming appointments, restocking supplies, and completing general office duties as assigned.
- Greet and check in vendors and remote employees, notifying the appropriate team members of their arrival.
- Close and secure the reception area at the end of each business day.
- Provide assistance with various clerical and administrative tasks, including operational ad hoc projects.
Physical Requirements
- Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time
- Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 pounds
- Phone Answering: Talking on the phone and texting may be required, as well as manual dexterity to operate a computer and phone system efficiently
- Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Hourly Rate
The hourly range for this position is $21.50. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.

Onsite Requirement
This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.
Pay and Schedule
Hourly Rate: $21.50
Vacation: All full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation
Salaried: All salaried employees are eligible for flexible time-off
