Customer Experience Coordinator

About the role

Renewal by Andersen, the nation’s largest start‑to‑finish window replacement company, is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering concierge‑level service and coordinating projects from kickoff through installation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing concierge‑level service from project kickoff through installation.
• Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep every project moving toward installation.
• Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
• Keep homeowners and teammates informed through clear, timely updates and coordination.
• Maintain detailed documentation and accurate project records.
• Continuously build knowledge of products, processes, and systems.
• Balance multiple homeowner relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
• Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in construction, home improvement, project coordination, or LEAN methodology is a plus.

Pay

$23‑$26 per hour.
