Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently maintain information flow related to customer requests
  • Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
  • Manage the issuing of credits and return authorizations
  • Ensures that any customer complaints have been resolved in a satisfactory manner obtaining guidance/approval from the supervisor when necessary
  • Work schedule weekends and evenings on a rotating basis

Desired Skills & Experience

  • One year of customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Execution skills with the ability to produce results within expected timeframe
  • Technical Capacity – Microsoft Office including Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
