Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently maintain information flow related to customer requests
- Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
- Manage the issuing of credits and return authorizations
- Ensures that any customer complaints have been resolved in a satisfactory manner obtaining guidance/approval from the supervisor when necessary
- Work schedule weekends and evenings on a rotating basis
Desired Skills & Experience
- One year of customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills
- Execution skills with the ability to produce results within expected timeframe
- Technical Capacity – Microsoft Office including Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
