Key Duties
- Oversee customer service and promote loyalty programs
- Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
- Manage register operations, POS coverage, and breaks
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
- Support store safety, compliance, and shrink reduction initiatives
- Foster a positive team environment through recognition and feedback
