Key Duties

  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles
  • Manage register operations, POS coverage, and breaks
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
  • Support store safety, compliance, and shrink reduction initiatives
  • Foster a positive team environment through recognition and feedback
