Do you genuinely enjoy helping people? At Five Star Painting, we believe every interaction is an opportunity to improve someone's life. We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who will become the friendly, dependable guide our customers can count on throughout their painting project.
Primary Responsibilities
- Become the primary office contact for homeowners throughout their project.
- Confirm appointments and answer questions.
- Follow up after estimates.
- Guide customers through the next steps after project approval.
- Keep customers informed throughout scheduling and production.
- Help customers navigate paint color selections and available resources.
- Follow up after project completion.
- Request reviews and referrals.
- Assist with collecting payments as needed.
Project Coordination
- Cover scheduling between customers and the Project Manager.
- Help keep projects moving efficiently.
- Update CRM and project information.
- Ensure communication is timely and accurate.
Qualifications
- Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- An excellent communicator, especially by phone.
- Dependable and follows through on commitments.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while staying calm and professional.
Preferred
- Administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office experience.
- Experience using CRM software is helpful but not required.
