Do you genuinely enjoy helping people? At Five Star Painting, we believe every interaction is an opportunity to improve someone's life. We're looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who will become the friendly, dependable guide our customers can count on throughout their painting project.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Become the primary office contact for homeowners throughout their project.
  • Confirm appointments and answer questions.
  • Follow up after estimates.
  • Guide customers through the next steps after project approval.
  • Keep customers informed throughout scheduling and production.
  • Help customers navigate paint color selections and available resources.
  • Follow up after project completion.
  • Request reviews and referrals.
  • Assist with collecting payments as needed.

Project Coordination

  • Cover scheduling between customers and the Project Manager.
  • Help keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Update CRM and project information.
  • Ensure communication is timely and accurate.

Qualifications

  • Warm, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • An excellent communicator, especially by phone.
  • Dependable and follows through on commitments.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while staying calm and professional.

Preferred

  • Administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office experience.
  • Experience using CRM software is helpful but not required.
