About the role

The Member Service Professional (MSP) delivers superior service to Card Members visiting the American Express Centurion Lounge at Seattle International Airport. As the face of American Express, MSPs act as brand ambassadors, working as a cohesive team to excite customers and deliver on the brand promise. A successful MSP has a passion for delivering extraordinary service in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience from beginning to end.
• Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty.
• Employ the Customer First philosophy to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations.
• Offer travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance.
• Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with food and beverage lounge partners.
