About the Role

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while balancing daily.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role; or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in customer service within banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Schedule

This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay.

Workplace Type

This is an office-based role. Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
