As a Customer Experience Banker (Non‑NMLS), you act as a financial concierge for walk‑in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by proactively identifying financial goals, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products, processing transactions accurately, balancing daily, and providing exemplary service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new‑customer follow‑up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, **or** a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year or more in customer service within banking, financial services, or goal‑driven retail sales.
• Cash‑handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking platforms.

Workplace Information

Exempt Status: No (eligible for overtime pay). Workplace Type: Office. Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for flexible work arrangements that combine in‑office and remote work, with specific arrangements provided by the hiring team.
