Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate banking products and services. You process transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through sales processes, follow-up programs, outbound calling, and referrals.
- Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
- Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role; or a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Preferred: 1+ years in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
- Cash handling skills.
- Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking services.
This role is eligible for overtime pay and is office-based, with certain positions outside the branch network eligible for flexible work arrangements combining in-office and remote work. Specific arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
