As a Customer Experience Banker (Non‑NMLS), you act as a Financial Concierge for walk‑in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit and other banking products, processing transactions accurately, balancing daily, and providing exemplary service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new‑customer follow‑up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: 1 year or more in customer service within banking, financial services, or goal‑driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Schedule

Exempt status: eligible for overtime pay. Position is based in an office environment with the possibility of flexible work arrangements, combining in‑office and remote work as determined by the hiring team.
