Customer Experience Banker - Boulder, CO

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Banker, you act as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending appropriate banking products and services.

You will process customer transactions accurately while educating customers on bank products, services, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and consumer lending.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-up programs, outbound calling, and sourrals from customers and partners.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• This position requires fingerprints as part of an additional background check per NMLS regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service within banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Pay

The compensation range for this position is $23.00–$24.00 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including location, experience, and education.
