Customer Experience Associate | Remote

We’re growing our virtual team and looking for dependable, motivated individuals who communicate well, enjoy working with people, and are interested in developing their skills in a professional remote environment. As part of the team, you’ll connect with members through scheduled phone and video appointments. Your role will involve providing information, answering questions, helping members navigate available options, and assisting with the steps needed to complete their requests. You’ll also help manage digital documentation and follow-up communication to keep the process organized from beginning to end. The position offers a structured approach to your day while giving you the independence of working from home. Previous industry experience is not necessary, as comprehensive training and continued support are provided. Your Responsibilities In this position, you may be responsible for: Conducting scheduled virtual and telephone appointments with membersUnderstanding member questions, priorities, and individual needsProviding clear information about available programs and optionsGuiding members through appropriate next stepsAssisting with electronic applications, forms, and documentationManaging appointment reminders and follow-up communicationUpdating member information and maintaining organized digital recordsReviewing submitted information to ensure it is accurate and completeCreating a helpful and professional experience during every interactionReaching out to team leaders when additional guidance is neededAttending training, coaching, and team development sessions What We’re Looking For We consider applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, retail, call centers, or other client-facing positions may be beneficial, but it is not a requirement.
