Responsibilities

  • Works closely with customers and discusses our discounts.
  • Solves issues about any of our discounts or programs.
  • Reaches out to customers and sets appointments.
  • Cross-sells to our customers with regards to the Multi-Line discount.
  • Handles incoming calls and answers any questions.
  • Collects payments and makes policy changes.
  • Sets up bill accounts and works on other simple billing requests.
  • Submits claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
  • Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
  • May assist with INFB Health Plans.
  • Handles any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements for Success

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within a year.
  • Work with a variety of audiences.
  • Show strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Show strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interact professionally with our internal and external clients.
  • Be proficient in using Android and Apple phones.
  • Show patience and understanding in guiding customers through technology.
