Customer Experience Associate II

About the role

We’re hiring an Onsite Customer Experience Associate II in San Antonio, TX to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals. Location: 2822 General Hudnell Dr., San Antonio, TX 78266 (Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
• Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of a year of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Complete a mandatory 3-week paid training program (Week 1 classroom training; Weeks 2–3 supported call handling) and maintain an average quiz score of 80% or higher

Pay

• Competitive hourly pay: $16.00/hour
• Monthly incentive opportunity of up to $350 after training by meeting performance metrics
• Night or weekend differential, based on shift worked

Schedule

Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday.
